Flor de Mayo – West Coast IPA

7.0% ABV

Light in color with white wheat and rye malt for added body, head retention, and a touch of malt character and spice on the finish. Mosaic hops make up most of the hop profile, giving flavors of tropical fruit, berries, citrus, and pine. Additions of Amarillo and cascade lead to more complexity and added citrus, grapefruit, and spice. Medium-high bitterness on the finish gives this beer a fully rounded IPA profile that is full of complexity and flavor.
