Cloudy in appearance with a white foamy head, this Hefeweizen has a slight fruity aroma of banana. A medium bodied beer leads into flavors of banana, clove and a touch of citrus from a late addition of Amarillo hops. At 5.6% this beer is still light and crisp despite being full of flavor and aroma.
