The rare dual threat that can make the beer and also serve it with beauty and grace. North 5th Brewing Co. is a family-owned brewery and it just so happens Sam is the brother of our Head Brewer Patrick. 

When Sam isn't pouring/drinking tasty brews you may see him at a Golden Knights game or rising through the ranks on Rocket League. He loves his big barrel-aged stouts as much as a light pilsner. Please make sure to give him a hard time when he is behind the bar
